Never Really Lived

The passing of Sharron Bridger on Sunday night was hardly felt at all by the community, as virtually nobody knew her and she does not appear to have made any impact on the lives of those around her.

Whereas most decedents in the area are known to have some living relatives, friends of some sort, or are at least known by their neighbors, Sharron does not appear to have left any mark whatsoever on the world.

Records indicate that she was born March 20th in 1958, and that she completed high school at the expected time, though with unremarkable grades. Even her teachers' comments were left blank on her report cards.

Although she lived in a busy apartment building, no resident could cite having ever seen her or interacted with her in any way. Her existence does not even appear to have affected any animals, as there was no sign of any pets in her apartment. She had no phone, and does not appear to have ever traveled.

Her will specifically instructs the authorities to destroy any of her personal possessions rather than donate or sell them, and she has asked that her remains be cremated and tossed into a landfill, leaving no marker or remembrance.

There will be no funeral service, as no one has been identified who even knew her. In fact, it turns out that we probably weren't even supposed to write this obituary to acknowledge that she had ever existed. You've probably forgotten her name already, anyway.
